Retail Trainer

At Genius we are hiring for a role of Retail Trainer for a Retail ConglomerateKey ResponsibilitiesConduct onboarding, product, process, and skills training for field employees.Provide on-the-job coaching and practical demonstrations in the field.Visit field locations regularly to observe employee performance and identify training needs.Monitor individual and team performance against established targets and KPIs.Provide constructive feedback and develop action plans to improve performance.Support new employees during their induction and initial field activities.Identify knowledge and skill gaps and recommend appropriate training solutions.Prepare and deliver training sessions, workshops, and refresher courses.Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, assessments, and employee progress.Collaborate with managers and supervisors to address performance and capability issues.Ensure employees follow company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and service standards.Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, field observations, and performance results.Prepare regular reports on coaching activities, employee development, and training outcomes.Stay updated on company products, processes, industry practices, and relevant regulations.Required Qualifications & SkillsDiploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.Previous experience in coaching, training, field operations, sales, customer service, or a similar role.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to coach employees with different levels of experience.Strong observation, problem-solving, and feedback skills.Good organizational and time-management abilities.Comfortable working in the field and traveling between locations.Ability to use Microsoft Office and basic reporting systems.Target-oriented and able to work independently.
