Retail Trainer

We are looking for an energetic and creative Retail Trainer to join our Middle East team and help us build engaging, modern learning experiences for our retail employees.This role is for someone who knows how to turn product knowledge into practical, memorable training, understands the realities of beauty retail in the region, and enjoys finding fresh ways to keep learning interactive and relevant.We are open to candidates based in Dubai, Riyadh or Jeddah. Regular travel across the region is required.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver product knowledge and sales training for retail teamsCreate practical and engaging learning content using modern and interactive formatsSupport new product and brand launches through trainingAdapt training to different markets, audiences and business needsWork closely with Retail, Commercial and brand partners to identify training prioritiesEvaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve the learning approach

Requirements

Experience in retail, product, sales training or L&D, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, fashion or luxury retailStrong experience in the Middle East/GCC marketConfident presentation and facilitation skillsCreative, modern approach to training and learningStrong communication skills and ability to simplify complex informationFlexibility and willingness to travel regularly across GCCFluent English & Arabic
