Retail Trainer – Footwear Brand

Location: UAESalary: Up to AED 7,000 per monthExperience: 3–4 YearsLanguages: Arabic (Fluent) & English (Fluent)Job PurposeWe are looking for a dynamic Retail Trainer to support the learning and performance development of store teams for a footwear (shoe) brand.

The role focuses on enhancing product knowledge, selling skills, customer experience, and operational excellence across stores.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver product, sales, and customer service training to store staff and store managersConduct onboarding training for new hires and refresher sessions for existing teamsTrain staff on footwear product features, fitting techniques, materials, and careCoach sales associates on customer engagement, upselling, and conversion techniquesSupport store managers in identifying training needs and performance gapsConduct store visits to observe staff performance and provide on-the-job coachingEnsure training materials are aligned with brand standards and business objectivesTrack training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metricsSupport seasonal launches, promotions, and new product rollouts with focused trainingCoordinate with operations and HR teams to support people development initiativesRequired Qualifications & Experience3–4 years of experience as a Retail Trainer / Sales Trainer, preferably in footwear, fashion, or retail brandsStrong understanding of retail sales processes and customer service standardsExperience in classroom training, floor coaching, and on-the-job facilitationFluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to travel between stores as requiredBasic proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Preferred SkillsExperience in shoe or fashion retail brandsKnowledge of adult learning principles and coaching techniquesAbility to influence and motivate frontline retail staffStrong observation, feedback, and problem-solving skillsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary up to AED 7,000 per monthOpportunity to work with a growing retail footwear brandExposure to multi-store retail training operationsCareer growth in learning & development within retail
