ANTA Sports is also the largest shareholder of Amer Sports, Inc., a global group of iconic sports and outdoor brands, including Arc’teryx, Salomon, Wilson, Peak Performance, and Atomic, whose shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: AS).Job PurposeThe Retail Training & Visual Merchandising Supervisor / Assistant Manager is responsible for driving the execution of retail training programs and visual merchandising standards across stores.Key Responsibilities1. Retail TrainingExecute retail training programs covering product knowledge, selling skills, customer service, and store operational standards.Deliver classroom and in-store training, onboarding, and on-the-job coaching for Store Managers and frontline employees.Conduct regular store visits to identify capability gaps, provide coaching, and follow up on improvement actions.Track training effectiveness and support the assessment and scoring of store training performance based on established standards.2. Visual MerchandisingImplement brand visual merchandising guidelines and ensure consistent execution across stores.Conduct regular store visits to review product presentation, window displays, mannequin styling, product zoning, and overall store standards.Provide VM guidance and coaching to store teams and follow up on corrective actions.Support new store openings, seasonal campaigns, and product launches, working closely with Retail Operations, Merchandising, and Marketing teams.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above with 3–5 years of experience in retail training, visual merchandising, or retail operations, preferably in sportswear, footwear, fashion, or lifestyle retail.Good understanding of store operations, selling processes, customer service, and visual merchandising.Strong training, presentation, coaching, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Strong execution, attention to detail, and ability to independently follow up with stores.Good command of written and spoken English; Mandarin is an advantage.Willing to travel regularly between stores.
