Retail Training Specialist

BinDawood Holding is seeking a hands-on Retail Training Specialist to deliver practical, high-impact training across our supermarket and hypermarket operations.The successful candidate will work primarily on the shop floor, coaching frontline employees, strengthening operational performance, and improving customer service standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver on-the-job training, coaching, and micro-learning sessions to frontline retail employees.Conduct shop-floor observations, identify performance gaps, and provide immediate coaching and feedback.Facilitate training in English, Arabic and Urdu to support a diverse workforce.Conduct practical onboarding and induction sessions for newly hired employees.Adapt existing training materials into short, practical learning activities and demonstrations.Support operational training across cashiering, customer service, food handling, hygiene, and store operations.Collaborate with store managers and department heads to identify training needs and improve employee performance.Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records.Required QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience as a Retail Trainer, Sales Trainer, or Training Specialist in a retail environment.Mandatory professional proficiency in all three languages: English, Arabic, and Urdu.Strong knowledge of supermarket, hypermarket, or high-volume retail operations.Proven experience delivering practical, on-the-job training to frontline employees.Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work primarily on the shop floor and adapt training delivery to operational requirements.Strong organizational and training facilitation skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience in supermarkets, hypermarkets, or FMCG retail operations.Experience training cashiers, customer service associates, and food department employees.Familiarity with training needs analysis and training effectiveness evaluation.
