We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Return Officer to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling returned items, ensuring accurate inspection, documentation, system updates, and smooth coordination with warehouse and inventory teams.ResponsibilitiesReceive and verify returned items, quantities, and related documentsInspect and classify returned products based on their conditionUpdate return transactions accurately in the systemCoordinate with Warehouse, Inventory, QA, and Returns teams regarding discrepanciesMaintain proper documentation and records for all return activitiesFollow company SOPs and safety procedures during return handlingRequirementsPrevious experience in warehouse operations or returns processing is preferredFamiliarity with WMS or ERP systemsGood communication and coordination skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work under pressure and handle operational tasks efficiently
