Return Receiving Officer

We are looking for a Return Receiving Officer to join our Return DC Operations team in Riyadh. The role is responsible for accurately and safely receiving store returns across ambient, chilled, and frozen categories while ensuring proper system and documentation traceability.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and verify store returns against Gate Pass detailsCount, scan, and record returned items accurately in the WMS/WHM systemCheck quantities, units of measure, expiry dates, batch details, and product conditionIdentify and document shortages, excess quantities, damages, and other discrepanciesProperly segregate returns based on product category, condition, and required dispositionFollow food safety, hygiene, PPE, and cold-chain requirements for chilled and frozen productsReceive and reconcile returnable assets such as pallets and basketsEscalate discrepancies and quality or cold-chain concerns to the relevant teamsMaintain accurate records and ensure proper shift handoversRequirementsMinimum 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse receiving, returns, or warehouse operationsExperience handling food products, preferably including chilled and frozen itemsHands-on experience with WMS, WHM, or a similar warehouse management systemExperience using scanners and handling warehouse transactionsGood communication skills in both Arabic and EnglishGood attention to detail and ability to identify and report discrepanciesWillingness to work in temperature-controlled environments and follow safety and hygiene procedures
