Our diverse portfolio of brands provides something for everyone, and we are proud to be TRG.The OpportunityThe Restaurant Group (TRG) is seeking a Revenue Assistant to join our team on a 12 month fixed term basisKey ResponsibilitiesEnsure timely reconciliations of the branches banking is performed dailyIdentify cash losses and discrepancies are followed up and dealt with within 48 hours. Ensure cash, card, Amex, vouchers and delivery partners are reconciled correctlyDeal with escalations from branchesDealing with banking queries with Branches/Banks/G4S by phone and e-mailMeet monthly targets, goals and objectivesResolve queries in a timely manner to prevent delays in paymentMaintain the month end processes ensuring all balance sheet reconciliations are completed in a timely mannerFor business need reasons, or as part of your development, you may be asked to take on additional tasks or responsibilitiesKnowledge, skills and abilities to includeA good understanding of the cash and bank processStrong reconciliation experienceA proactive attitude and a desire to continuously improve working practicesA proven self-starter with ability to work on their own initiative, and to manage their own workloadProven communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interact at all levelsProven experience of working in a professional team adhering to strict deadlinesStrong organisational skills, with the ability to multi task and prioritise work loadQualifications and ExperienceStrong Microsoft Excel skills1 years + Cash and Bank experiencewhat’s in it for you |competitive salaryhybrid workingcome as you are culture, with modern offices, fresh fruit and soft drinks£200 monthly wagamama food allowance — enjoy all your favourite dishes on us!3% pension contribution25 days holiday plus bank holidays+ further discounts across retail, hospitality & leisure — perks that make life sweetersupporting you every step of the way! family-friendly pay: 26 weeks full pay + 13 weeks half pay for expectant or adopting parents
