Revenue Assurance & Commercial Finance Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager – Revenue Assurance & Commercial Finance is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness and commercial performance of the EV charging business. The role oversees charging transaction reconciliation, billing, partner settlement, revenue assurance, financial analysis and business performance reporting, working closely with Finance, Commercial, Operations and Digital teams.ResponsibilitiesMonitor charging transactions, billing, payments and revenue recognition.Perform transaction, payment and revenue reconciliation and investigate discrepancies.Monitor revenue leakage, failed payments, refunds and abnormal transactions.Coordinate partner settlement and revenue-sharing with CPOs, roaming partners and other partners.Analyse revenue, costs, utilisation and site profitability.Prepare dashboards and reports on charging and financial performance.Support pricing, budgeting, forecasting and investment analysis.Work with Finance, Commercial, Operations and Digital teams to improve business performance.Develop controls and processes for revenue assurance, reconciliation and reporting.Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.Provide financial and commercial insights to management.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics or related disciplines.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in revenue assurance, commercial finance, financial analysis, business operations or related fields.Experience in transaction-based businesses, billing, payment reconciliation or revenue assurance is preferred.Experience in EV charging, energy, telecommunications, mobility, e-commerce or payments is an advantage.Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.Proficient in Excel and familiar with financial/accounting or BI systems.Good understanding of commercial KPIs, budgeting and financial performance.Good communication skills and ability to work across functions.Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
