Our teams collaborate across Finance, Sales, Operations, Billing, Customer Service, IT, and Compliance to strengthen revenue controls and ensure accurate financial performance.The RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Assurance Analyst to identify revenue leakage, strengthen billing controls, analyze financial and operational data, and support initiatives that improve revenue accuracy and profitability.The successful candidate will work across multiple business functions to investigate discrepancies, monitor revenue processes, identify control gaps, and develop data-driven recommendations to improve revenue assurance.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor revenue processes from transaction initiation through billing and collection.Identify potential revenue leakage, billing errors, and process inefficiencies.Analyze revenue, billing, transaction, and customer data.Reconcile operational transactions against billing and financial records.Investigate discrepancies between source systems and financial results.Perform regular revenue assurance and control checks.Review billing accuracy, pricing, discounts, adjustments, credits, and charges.Monitor unbilled revenue and identify missed billing opportunities.Analyze rejected, failed, duplicated, or incomplete transactions.Identify unusual revenue patterns and potential control weaknesses.Develop and maintain revenue assurance reports and dashboards.Track revenue KPIs, leakage indicators, billing accuracy, and recovery performance.Perform root-cause analysis on revenue discrepancies.Quantify financial impact associated with identified revenue leakage.Recommend corrective actions and process improvements.Coordinate with Finance and Accounting on revenue reconciliations.Work with Billing and Operations teams to resolve billing and transaction issues.Collaborate with IT and Data teams to investigate system-related discrepancies.Review system interfaces and data flows affecting revenue recognition and billing.Support testing of billing systems, products, tariffs, pricing rules, and system changes.Validate new products, services, pricing structures, and billing configurations.Monitor changes to commercial terms and assess potential revenue impacts.Review customer contracts and commercial arrangements where relevant.Support internal control reviews and revenue-related audits.Maintain documentation of revenue assurance procedures and control activities.Develop automated checks and analytical tools to improve monitoring efficiency.Use SQL, Excel, BI tools, or other analytical technologies to investigate large datasets.Create exception reports and prioritize high-value revenue issues.Track identified issues through remediation and recovery.Monitor recovered revenue and validate corrective adjustments.Maintain accurate records of findings, investigations, and resolutions.Prepare management reports highlighting revenue risks and opportunities.Present analytical findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.Support forecasting and financial planning activities where required.Monitor changes in business processes that may create new revenue risks.Contribute to continuous improvement of revenue assurance frameworks and controls.Ensure revenue-related processes comply with internal policies and applicable requirements.Maintain confidentiality of financial, customer, and commercial information.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field.3+ years of experience in revenue assurance, financial analysis, billing, audit, business analysis, commercial operations, or a related role.Strong analytical and numerical skills.Experience analyzing large datasets and identifying discrepancies or anomalies.Strong understanding of revenue processes, billing, reconciliation, and financial controls.Experience with Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools is an advantage.Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles.Excellent problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to investigate complex issues and communicate findings clearly.Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder-management skills.Experience with ERP, billing, CRM, or revenue-management systems is an advantage.Knowledge of internal controls, audit processes, and risk management is preferred.Ability to manage multiple investigations and deadlines effectively.UAE/GCC experience is an advantage but not required.Certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CFA, CIA,
