This is a commercially focused position sitting at the centre of Partner relationships, revenue performance, and cash flow optimisation across a high performing practice.The OpportunityThe Finance function plays a critical role in protecting and accelerating the firm’s financial performance. The Revenue Controller will manage the full revenue cycle from WIP management through to billing and collections, ensuring work converts into cash efficiently and strategically.You will act as a trusted advisor to Partners and Fee Earners, influencing billing behaviour, improving working capital performance, and driving accountability across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end to end revenue cycle including WIP review, billing and collectionsPartner directly with senior stakeholders to drive billing discipline and cash flow performanceProvide insight on client payment behaviour and working capital exposureMonitor WIP and debtor balances, proactively mitigating riskAct as escalation point for complex billing and collection mattersAnalyse revenue data and provide reporting to support strategic decision makingSupport process improvement initiatives across revenue operationsProfileProven experience as a Revenue Controller within a law firm or professional services environmentStrong understanding of WIP management, billing cycles and credit controlCommercially minded with the ability to influence senior stakeholdersAnalytical, detail driven and solutions focusedElite 3E user experienceComfortable operating in a fast paced, high performance environmentThis is an excellent opportunity to join a global platform with strong regional presence, sophisticated clients and a collaborative leadership team.For a confidential discussion, please message Charlie Boci directly.
