Revenue ControllerGlobal Law FirmDubai, UAESELECTED is working with a leading global law firm to recruit a Revenue Controller for its Dubai office.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Revenue Controller to join a highly regarded international firm and take responsibility for revenue management across a busy and growing Middle East practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end billing and revenue cycle- Preparing and reviewing client invoices in line with agreed billing arrangements- Managing WIP and ensuring timely billing across the practice- Monitoring aged debt and supporting the collection of outstanding invoices- Working closely with Partners and Fee Earners to provide regular revenue updates- Reviewing unbilled time and disbursements and identifying areas requiring action- Supporting month-end and year-end revenue processes- Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with internal policies- Building strong relationships with Partners, Fee Earners and the wider Finance teamThe Ideal Candidate:- Previous Revenue Control, Billing or similar finance experience- Experience within a law firm or professional services environment is highly preferred- Strong understanding of WIP, billing and credit control- Confident communicating with Partners and senior stakeholders- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills- Strong Excel and financial systems experience- Elite 3E experience would be highly advantageous- A proactive, commercial and solutions-focused approachThe successful candidate will join a well-established international law firm offering an excellent working environment, strong benefits and long-term career opportunities.For more information or a confidential discussion, please apply directly.
