Revenue Controller | Abu Dhabi (15-Month Contract)An international law firm is seeking a Revenue Controller to join their finance function on a 15-month contract in Abu Dhabi.This is a key role supporting partners and fee earners in driving accurate, timely, and compliant revenue across multiple practice groups within a fast-paced, high-performing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end billing and WIP cycle, ensuring timely and accurate revenue generationPartner closely with fee earners and partners to finalise billing and resolve queriesReview and refine time entries, narratives, and matter data for accuracy and complianceEnsure billing aligns with client requirements and regional VAT/tax regulationsSupport e-billing, revenue reporting, and performance analysis across matters and teamsAct as a key liaison between finance, partners, and clients on all billing mattersMaintain accurate records within legal billing systemsRequirementsPrior experience as a Revenue Controller / Billing professional within an international law firmStrong exposure to partner-facing roles and complex billing environmentsUnderstanding of WIP management, billing cycles, and revenue processesFamiliarity with UAE VAT / regional billing considerationsExcellent attention to detail and stakeholder management skillsPlease note, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
