🚨 RCM CONSULTANT – SAUDI ARABIA EXPERIENCE ESSENTIALLocation: Saudi ArabiaFunction: CFO / Revenue Cycle ManagementJob Code: 30008798Reporting to: Business Unit LeadWe are currently seeking an experienced RCM Consultant to join our healthcare team in Saudi Arabia.This is a senior-level opportunity for an experienced Revenue Cycle Management professional with strong expertise across healthcare billing, charge capture, coding, claims, denials, revenue optimisation and system implementation.🔴 IMPORTANT – Saudi Experience is ESSENTIALCandidates must have proven and substantial healthcare Revenue Cycle Management experience within Saudi Arabia.Candidates without Saudi healthcare RCM experience will not be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategies to optimise charge capture and revenue performance.Oversee integration and enhancement of EMR, HIS, LIS and billing systems.Lead improvements to charge capture tools, including Flowsheets and Smart Forms.Manage and develop the Charge Description Master (CDM).Develop strategies to prevent and reduce claims denials, including root-cause analysis.Evaluate existing RCM processes and identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and compliance risks.Provide recommendations to improve billing, coding, collections and patient account management.Lead process improvements, system upgrades and staff training.Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and industry standards.Work closely with hospital leadership, Finance, IT and clinical teams.Establish and monitor RCM KPIs and provide ongoing performance support.Oversee charge management, charge automation, clinical coding and denial resolution.Use data analytics to identify opportunities for improved revenue cycle performance.Candidate RequirementsMaster’s degree OR relevant Bachelor’s degree with specialised certification.Minimum 16 years’ experience in Revenue Cycle Management or a related field.Significant consulting experience within healthcare RCM.Essential: Extensive Saudi Arabia healthcare RCM experience.Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable, billing investigations and billing processes.Experience with charge capture, CDM, coding, claims, denials and reimbursement.Experience with healthcare systems including EMR/HIS/LIS and billing platforms.Strong analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.English – Fully Proficient.Arabic – Basic.CRCR or CPC certification is preferred.Ideal CandidateWe are particularly interested in candidates who have worked in Saudi hospitals/healthcare organisations and have a strong track record of delivering RCM transformation, revenue optimisation, charge capture improvements, denial reduction and healthcare system implementations.If you have 16+ years of RCM experience and strong Saudi Arabia healthcare experience, we would like to hear from you.
