Apply & track with Apply EdgeKey ResponsibilitiesPayer Network Management & CoordinationSupport payer onboarding and credentialing activities in compliance with regulatory and payer requirements.Maintain and update insurance network participation records and payer databases.Coordinate documentation required for network applications, renewals, and re-credentialing processes.Track contract approvals, renewals, and expirations, and follow up with insurance partners as required.Assist with the submission and management of payer network applications.Tariff & Contract AdministrationMaintain an accurate repository of contracts, tariffs, and historical pricing records.Support tariff revisions, updates, and tracking activities.Coordinate with Revenue Cycle and Billing teams regarding cash price lists and payer tariff updates.Maintain records of contract terms, exclusions, special agreements, and validity periods.Stakeholder ManagementServe as a point of contact for internal teams regarding network participation, contract details, and payer-related queries.Liaise with Revenue Cycle, Finance, Legal, Clinical, and Operational teams to facilitate timely resolutions.Coordinate meetings, discussions, and communications with insurance companies, TPAs, and corporate partners.Reporting & DocumentationMaintain trackers, dashboards, and activity logs for payer-related initiatives.Prepare reports and summaries on contracting progress, network coverage, and key performance indicators.Ensure all contracts, credentialing documents, and payer correspondence are maintained accurately and in an auditable manner.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, provider network management, healthcare contracting, or a related function.Good understanding of UAE health insurance regulations, payer operations, and provider contracting processes.Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.Arabic-speaking candidates will be preferred to support market and business requirements.
