Role overviewThe Revenue Cycle (RCM) Manager at Badruddin Medical shall hold end-to-end stewardship, leadership, and accountability for the performance and transformation of the Revenue Cycle Management function, with particular focus on financial and revenue stewardship.The successful candidate shall build and scale a high-performing RCM operating model; drive innovation and change management; optimise revenue conversion and sustainable financial performance across revenue streams; develop strong payer relationships; collaborate with relevant stakeholders to enhance patient and family experience; and support compliant, commercially sound, and operationally effective growth across the healthcare service portfolio in alignment with value-based healthcare.  Key Duties, Responsibilities, & AccountabilitiesLead and scale the end-to-end RCM function: establishing effective operating standards, performance discipline, team capability, and cross-functional coordination.Drive financial and revenue performance: maximising legitimate revenue capture and cash conversion; minimising revenue leakage; and maintaining effective forecasting, financial visibility, and resource efficiency.Develop and manage payer relationships and commercial opportunities: including network development, reimbursement negotiations, and evaluation of commercially viable and sustainable payer arrangements including emerging value-based reimbursement models.Oversee RCM performance across insured and self-pay patient pathways: supporting effective Patient Access, patient flow, and service delivery in alignment with value-based care principlesSafeguard Revenue Integrity across the clinical-to-cash continuum: including documentation integrity, chargemaster governance, and related RCM master data, in collaboration with clinical and other relevant stakeholders.Lead claims, collections, and operational receivables recovery: including denials and appeals, underpayments, payer follow-up, and root-cause improvement to optimise reimbursement and cash performance.Lead RCM business requirements for technology transformation, automation, and optimisation: spanning relevant systems, integrations, processes, data, and information integrity, in collaboration with technology stakeholders.Maintain effective RCM compliance, risk, and control standards: ensuring significant compliance or control issues are appropriately addressed and escalated.Provide concise, decision-oriented management reporting on RCM performance, financial exposure, and key priorities requiring leadership attention.  Qualifications & ExperienceProfessional fluency in Arabic and English: speaking, reading, and writing.Minimum 10 years' progressive, directly relevant experience in healthcare RCM / medical insurance, with demonstrated management and leadership responsibility.Proven ability to transform and scale RCM functions, lead multidisciplinary teams, manage payer relationships, and deliver measurable financial and operational outcomes.Strong knowledge of the Saudi healthcare insurance and reimbursement environment: including CHI, Insurance Authority, NHIC, nphies, SBS, and other relevant regulatory, insurance, and reimbursement requirements.A relevant professional certification is strongly preferred: CRCR-GCC, IFCE, CHFP, or equivalent. CPC or CCS specialist credentials are also valued; the advanced EHRC designation is highly regarded.Bachelor's degree: Healthcare Management, Health Informatics, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.Master's degree strongly preferred: Healthcare Management, Health Informatics, Economics, Business Administration (MBA), Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.A relevant medical or clinical qualification is preferred, but not mandatory.
