Revenue Manager (Hospitality)Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (Onsite)Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM | Monday–SaturdayEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the Role:We're looking for a Hotel Revenue Manager to manage pricing, forecasting, and distribution for a portfolio of US-based hotels. You'll play a key role in maximizing hotel revenue by optimizing rates, occupancy, and channel performance.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute dynamic pricing strategies.Monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, pickup, and pace trends.Manage hotel rates, inventory, and restrictions across OTAs and direct channels.Optimize performance on Expedia, Booking.com, Agoda, Priceline, and other distribution channels.Ensure rate parity and resolve channel mapping or availability issues.Analyze competitor pricing and market trends to recommend revenue strategies.Prepare daily/weekly revenue reports and present actionable insights.Collaborate with internal teams to improve revenue performance and processes.What We're Looking For:1–5+ years of experience in hotel revenue management, reservations, or distribution.Strong understanding of Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, pickup, and forecasting.Experience with hotel PMS, channel managers, and OTA extranets.Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.Excellent analytical and English communication skills.Ability to manage multiple hotels and work independently.Preferred Experience:Revenue management for US-based hotels.Multi-property portfolio management.Experience with tools such as Opera, SiteMinder, Cloudbeds, RateGain, SynXis, Duetto, IDeaS, STR, or Lighthouse.Why Join Us?:Competitive salary.Structured training and SOPs.Career growth opportunities.
