Narcissus Hotels & Resorts aligns its growth with the aspirations of the Saudi market and the Kingdom’s vision for tourism and hospitality development.Role Description The Revenue Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Narcissus Hotel and Residence in the Riyadh Region. The role is responsible for maximizing room and ancillary revenue by developing and executing pricing, distribution, and inventory strategies across all channels. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring demand patterns, analyzing market and competitor data, preparing revenue forecasts, and adjusting rates and restrictions to optimize performance. The Revenue Manager collaborates closely with sales, marketing, finance, and front office teams to align revenue plans with overall business objectives and ensure accurate reporting. The role also involves preparing regular performance reports, supporting annual budgeting, and recommending strategic initiatives to improve RevPAR, profitability, and overall commercial results.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Revenue Management skills, including demand forecasting, pricing strategy, and inventory control.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and making evidence-based recommendations.Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Finance and Accounting to support budgeting, reporting, and performance analysis.Candidates should possess expertise in Revenue Recognition principles to ensure accurate and compliant recording of hotel revenue.Previous experience in hotel or hospitality revenue management, reservations, or commercial roles is highly beneficial.Proficiency with revenue management systems, PMS, channel managers, and MS Excel or similar analytical tools is preferred.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and present insights clearly.Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable; equivalent experience may be considered.
