You'll work closely with our founder Alexander — former VP Revenue Operations at two unicorns, with a background in investment banking — alongside operators who have worked with C-level in high-growth scaleups and built RevOps and growth-engineering functions hands-on.We're well connected in the European GTM and RevOps scene and regularly co-host events, panels, and get-togethers with the leaders shaping it.What you will doYou'll own and support project streams across multiple client engagements with a high degree of autonomy. This includes:Running end-to-end GTM audits: analyzing clients' go-to-market setup (tools & integrations, data infrastructure, sales process, ICP, reporting) to derive and execute strategies for building a strong revenue engineDesigning processes and building the workflows and automations that sync GTM teams into one unit and move key KPIs directly (conversion rates, outbound volume)Working in an AI-native environment: leveraging our AI tool stack and our Claude-powered headless Company OS to accelerate your daily deliveriesBuilding reporting layers that help management steer strategic decisionsContributing to sales compensation, ICP and territory design, and CRM buildsDirect interaction with founders and C-levelWhat you should bring to the tableOwnership mindset and genuine curiositySharp analytical thinking and clear communicationSolid understanding of data structures and how commercial data connectsFirst internship experience and the ambition to break into GTMSome hands-on experience with AI tools beyond basic chat useFluent English; German is a strong plus given our DACH client baseBased in or near BerlinHighly beneficialCRM experience with HubSpot or SalesforceExperience in building automations and integrating GTM toolsWhat you getBroad exposure to the operational realities and strategies of fast-growing tech companiesHands-on experience with a genuinely AI-native toolsetDirect mentorship and sparring with experienced operatorsReal ownership across multiple clients from day oneAccess to the European GTM and RevOps scene through networking events and panelsA strong team spirit with regular team eventsA clear opportunity with real upside: ideally, this internship becomes the start of a full-time GTM career with usA fully covered All-Access WeWork membershipHow to applySounds like you?
