Fundcraft is a digital fund administration platform for private markets, providing regulated AIFM services, core fund operations, and an LP investor portal to emerging, established, and institutional managers. As we scale our commercial team, we are hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to build the processes, data, and tooling that let the sales team run efficiently and predictably, from first contact to deal signing.This position is based in our Girona office, and reports to our VP Sales.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the CRM (data quality, pipeline stages, automation) and the broader sales tech stack, ensuring tools are configured, adopted, and integrated correctlyDesign, document, and continuously improve sales processes across the funnel: outbound (BDR), pipeline management (AE), pre-sales/solutioning, and handover to onboardingBuild and maintain sales reporting and dashboards (pipeline, conversion, forecast, quota attainment) for VP Sales and leadershipEnsure that the billing process is accurate and comprehensive Partner with VP Sales on territory/segment design, quota setting, and capacity planningSupport accurate forecasting by ensuring pipeline data integrity and consistent stage-gate definitionsAdminister sales compensation/commission calculations in coordination with FinanceIdentify bottlenecks in the sales process and lead automation/efficiency initiatives, working closely with the BDR and Pre-sales functions on tooling adoptionOnboard new sales hires onto systems and process, and maintain sales playbooks/documentation.
