Revit / Bim Trainer

Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced CADD Trainer / Interior Design Trainer to join our team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-focused training in Revit Architecture, 3Ds Max, AutoCAD, BIM, and Interior Design. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience, with strong hands-on experience working on real-world projects. Practical project experience is mandatory for this role. Prior training or teaching experience is preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver practical, instructor-led training in Revit Architecture, 3Ds Max, AutoCAD, BIM, and Interior Design for students and working professionals.Guide learners through real-world projects, covering modelling, space planning, documentation, 3D visualisation, rendering, materials, lighting, and presentation.Develop practical course materials, exercises, assignments, assessments, and project-based learning activities.Provide hands-on guidance and adapt training methods for beginner, intermediate, and advanced learners.Stay updated with BIM workflows, Autodesk software, industry standards, and current architectural and interior design practices.Required Qualifications & CompetenciesMonthly Salary: KWD 400–550 (INR 125K to INR 170K) based on experience and qualificationsPerformance-Based IncentivesExposure to diverse learners and industry-oriented technical projectsPreferred QualificationsMinimum 3 years of professional experience in CADD, Interior Design, Architecture, BIM, or a related field, with hands-on project experience mandatory.Strong proficiency in Revit Architecture, 3Ds Max, AutoCAD, and BIM, with the ability to teach from basic to advanced levels.Strong practical knowledge of interior design, architectural modelling, 3D visualisation, rendering, documentation, and project workflows.Knowledge of Revit MEP is an added advantage; relevant Autodesk/BIM certifications will also be an advantage.Excellent English communication, presentation, and training skills, with prior teaching or training experience preferred.
