Revit MEP / BIM Modeler – Data Center Projects

Apply & track with Apply EdgeWe are looking for an experienced Revit MEP / BIM Modeler to join our team and support design, coordination and shop drawing preparation for large-scale data center and infrastructure projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain 3D BIM models for MEP systems (electrical, mechanical, fire protection, ELV) using Revit.Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings and as-built drawings.Perform clash detection and coordination between disciplines using Navisworks.Extract quantities and support BOQ preparation.Review and update drawings received from consultants, contractors and equipment suppliers.Coordinate with the design consultant, MEP and civil subcontractors to resolve design issues.Maintain drawing registers and follow document control procedures.RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Revit MEP modeling.Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.Experience in data center, hospital, industrial or other system-intensive projects is a strong advantage.Ability to read and interpret MEP design drawings and specifications.Good communication skills in English.Gulf / Saudi experience preferred.Transferable Iqama is a plus.Preferred SkillsKnowledge of data center standards (TIA-942, Uptime Institute Tiers).Familiarity with BIM standards (ISO 19650) and LOD requirements.Experience with Bluebeam or similar review tools.What We OfferCompetitive salary package.[Housing / Transportation / Medical insurance]Opportunity to work on major data center projects in Saudi Arabia.How to ApplySend your CV and portfolio of Revit work to [info@leennet.com], with the subject line: “BIM Modeler – Data Center”.
