More information about Aon is available at aon.com Your impact as an Intern Interns will have an opportunity to work alongside senior consultants in the development of consulting projects and annual compensation studies. Interns will gain exposure to various segments of the general and financial services industry, including Asset Management and Investment Banking/Capital Markets. Job Responsibilities • Assisting analysts in the preparation of compensation statistics for final survey publication • Loading and reviewing firm compensation information, as well as, resolving data issues with clients• Preparing client presentations, you bring knowledge and expertise • Strong analytical skills • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Arabic• Strong Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint skills • Organized • Detail oriented • Works well under pressure • Works well with others as well as individually • Willingness to work overtime (as needed) Education & Requirements• Graduate of a university; preferably with a degree in Finance • Saudi NationalWe offer you • A monthly stipend time frame • 3 months prerequisite Aon Rewards will not provide any visasOur Colleague Experience: From helping clients gain access to capital after natural disasters, to creating access to health care and retirement for millions, Aon colleagues empower results for our clients, communities, and each other every day.
