Team members join a dynamic organization focused on continuous growth, operational excellence, and long-term career development.Role Description The RGM- BWW (Restaurant General Manager) role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Riyadh Region. The RGM is responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including team leadership, staffing, training, and performance management to ensure high standards of service and food quality. Daily responsibilities include managing customer experience, coordinating shift schedules, monitoring inventory and supply ordering, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and brand standards. The RGM also drives sales and profitability through effective cost control, local store marketing, and execution of promotional activities, while analyzing key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. This role requires close collaboration with regional management to implement company initiatives and maintain consistent operational excellence.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in casual dining restaurant or retail management, including team supervision, scheduling, and performance coaching.Strong operational skills in inventory management, cost control, and adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.Customer service and people-management skills, with the ability to build an engaged team and deliver a positive guest experience.Business and financial acumen, including understanding of sales targets, P&L management, and KPI analysis.Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Experience in Casual Dining restaurants or multi-brand food service operations is highly beneficial.Proficiency in basic computer applications and restaurant management systems.Ability to work on-site in the KSA Region, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as required.Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
