Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage basmati rice procurement for European exports markets, ensuring timely sourcing ofpremium quality products
• Identify and onboard reliable suppliers offering high grade basmati rice and maintain strongclient relationships
• Develop and grow business with key European clients and importers through effectiverelationship management
• Oversee end-to-end export logistics, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance and timelyshipments
• Conduct market research to analyse demand, pricing trends, and emerging opportunitieswithin European markets
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with suppliers and European clients to achieve costefficiency and profitability
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory, food safety and quality standards for all exports
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the operations and resolve any issues
• Track and report export performance metrics, updating management on progress andcorrective actions
• Explore new market opportunities in Europe to drive business growth and competitiveness
