Rider Operations Lead (Logistics Management)

This commitment to shared progress drives our journey from Hong Kong, China, across the Middle East and into Brazil, with the world ahead.What You'll DoOwn the development of the platform's rider management and experience systems, improving rider capability and retention while reducing rider violation rates.Develop and iterate rider codes of conduct, reward and penalty mechanisms, and tiered management systems, covering the full chain of order acceptance, delivery, exception handling, and appeal review.Based on frontline feedback and data analysis, collaborate with product, R&D, and other cross-functional teams to drive identification, root-cause analysis, and closed-loop improvement of rider management and experience issues.Lead a team of one direct report, providing coaching and direction to achieve operational excellence.What We Need From YouAt least 5 years of relevant internet operations experience, with 2+ years of management experience.
