Rigging Supervisor

Our esteemed multinational client, specializing in mechanical construction, heavy equipment and crane services, is seeking a Senior Rigging Supervisor to lead complex lifting operations.Key responsibilitiesPlan and supervise heavy and critical lifts in line with approved lifting plans, method statements and risk assessments.Lead riggers, crane operators and assembly teams during crawler and mobile crane operations.Supervise crane assembly and dismantling, inspect rigging equipment, and lead pre-lift safety briefings.Coordinate with project and client teams, stop unsafe activities, and report lifting progress to the Operations Manager.Requirements15+ years in heavy lift crane rental or project operations, including 10+ years as a Lifting or Rigging Supervisor.Knowledge of assembling Liebherr, Demag and Sany cranes up to 1,250 tons.OEM crane assembly training and certification.Ability to interpret lifting plans, method statements and risk assessments.Good English communication skills; MS Office knowledge.LEEA Appointed Person certification is preferred.
