There are far reaching regulations coming in impacting that organisations of all sizes have the right Code of Conduct and their staff meet the “Fit and Proper” tests in place right now, and even non FCA regulated firms are implementing these standards as part of good practice so have the right safeguards in their organisation to safeguard explicitly against serious workplace misconduct—such as bullying, harassment, sexual misconduct, and violence—as a direct threat to market integrity, healthy firm culture, and consumer safety.This is one of the fastest growing areas of the market, and my Global Mid-Tier Practice has hired a UK and Global Partner and authority in this area who is gaining significant traction in implementing these procedures with the firm’s own clients as well as significant interest from new blue chip organisations who are not seeing this level of expertise generally available for the raft of regimes that have to be put in place for them now.The Partner is looking to build a new team and looking to hire Managers in it that work with him to grow the function further and have rapid progression to leadership roles themselves. You will work across a diverse range of clients, be involved in hiring staff, and be mentored by a global leader throughout.Your background can be from Internal Audit, Risk, or Compliance from any sector or from Fraud Investigations as well, and be from Industry, Practice, or a Management Consultancy.
