We are a lean, expert -led organization - we prioritize quality ofwork and depth of expertise over headcount.The RoleWe are building a compliance operations team to support large global firm . This is a hands -on,investigative role within their core risk management function. Day to day, you will review customer activity, investigate alerts, and make judgments on potential fraud, money laundering, and other financial risks. If you are someone who enjoys working through complex, detail-heavy problems and wants to build a serious career in financial compliance, this role is designed for that trajectory.This is a rotational shift role, meaning your shift gets changed every month. You should be ok with the rotating shift pattern. (Some months you do a WFH and some months you do a WFO)For WFH months, your base location needs to be Delhi only, not outside the NCR.Key Responsibilities• Review and investigate alerts and cases involving suspicious activity, fraud, and KYCexceptions - from initial triage through to a documented decision.• Conduct customer due diligence (CDD and EDD) and monitor transactions on an ongoingbasis for risk indicators.• Maintain accurate and well -documented case records to support audit readiness andregulatory review.• Apply standard operating procedures (SOPs) consistently, and flag gaps or improvementopportunities as you encounter them.• Manage your own queue of compliance tasks and escalations with minimal supervision,meeting agreed SLAs.• Contribute to periodic reporting on alert volumes, case outcomes, and emerging riskpatterns.• Collaborate with internal teams and, where required, liaise with the client on case -level queries or process matters.Qualifications and Skills• A bachelor's or master's degree.• Up to 3 years or more years of experience in compliance, fraud operations, risk, or a closely related area.We are open to strong candidates with limited experience who demonstrate the right aptitude and attention to detail.• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to connect patterns across large volumes of data.• Clear, structured written communication - your case notes and reports should stand on their own.• Comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities in a task - heavy environment.• Proficient with standard tools including Excel; experience with compliance or case management platforms is an advantage.• This role requires shift flexibility to support 24/7 operational coverage.
