We’re working with a leading international logistics and supply chain organisation to recruit a Compliance & Risk Manager to lead governance, compliance, risk, audit, and management systems across its Irish operations. You’ll take ownership of the Ireland-wide compliance and risk framework, working across multiple business units and locations. You’ll act as a key link between regulatory requirements, governance, and day-to-day operations while maintaining an independent oversight function. We’re looking for someone with experience in compliance governance, risk management, audit, quality, or a related regulatory environment, ideally within a complex, multi-site organisation.Key responsibilities include:Lead and maintain the organisation’s Compliance & Risk Framework across Ireland.Govern the Integrated Management System (IMS), including quality, compliance, risk, audit, CAPA, document control, and management reviews.Develop and manage the annual audit and assurance programme, coordinating internal, customer, certification, and external audits.Oversee ISO and certification requirements, including liaison with certification bodies and auditors.Develop and maintain risk registers and support business continuity and organisational resilience.Govern the CAPA framework, ensuring corrective actions are effectively implemented, monitored, and closed.Monitor regulatory developments and support their implementation across the business.Develop compliance KPIs, reporting, trend analysis, and management information.Support regulatory inspections, customer audits, and compliance reviews.Promote consistent governance, compliance, accountability, and risk awareness across multiple sites.Key requirements:Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, governance systems, and regulatory requirements.Experience with ISO standards, audits, and certification programmes.Practical experience with risk management frameworks.Experience working with Quality Management Systems; Q-Pulse experience would be advantageous.Experience operating across multiple sites or business units.An understanding of logistics, transport, supply chain, or similar operational environments.Knowledge of GDP requirements would be beneficial.Strong analytical, organisational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.The ability to influence and engage teams while maintaining appropriate independence and governance oversight.
