🚨 Hiring: Risk & Third-Party Monitoring – Investment Management Operations📍 Location: Mumbai🕐 Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST💼 Experience: 3–5 Years📅 Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days🔹 Role OverviewWe are hiring a Risk & Third-Party Monitoring professional for Investment Management Operations. The role will focus on operations risk management, vendor governance, risk monitoring, reporting, and senior stakeholder management, while working closely with functional teams across international offices.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesManage Operations Risk Incident Management, including escalation, monitoring, tracking, reporting, and mitigation.Support third-party/vendor governance and service due diligence throughout the vendor lifecycle.Prepare KRI/KPI and risk metrics reporting for senior management.Support RCSA, risk rating, business continuity, and operational risk activities.Participate in and support internal and external audits/exams.Identify root causes of risk incidents and support implementation of control enhancements.Prepare effective risk reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.Work closely with international functional teams on projects and process improvements.Drive independent initiatives and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.🔹 Must-Have SkillsStrong understanding of Operations Risk concepts – KRI/KPI, RCSA, risk rating, business continuity, and vendor governance.Experience in internal/external audits.Strong risk reporting and documentation skills.Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders.Knowledge of Investment Management Operations, particularly Mutual Funds and basic operational processes.Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to work independently and effectively in a team-oriented environment.🔹 Good-to-Have SkillsMicrosoft Power BIAlteryxAI tools / Microsoft CopilotUiPath / User-led automation toolsExperience in Risk Management, Vendor Management, Investment Management Operations, or Audit.📩 Interested candidates can share their updated CV at:swagatika.s@twsol.com
