We are a global leader in the technology arena and theres nothing that can stop us from growing together.What we are looking forRole: Risk Assessment Business AnalystExperience Range: 5 to 8 YearsLocation: Pan IndiaMust Have:Strong understanding of GRC frameworks, enterprise risk lifecycle, controls, issue management and compliance processes; able to translate regulatory and business requirements into implementable workflows.Proven business analysis capability including requirements elicitation, BRD/FRD preparation, process mapping, user stories, acceptance criteria and traceability management.Ability to define AI risk use cases, governance workflows, risk scoring logic, control mappings and reporting needs for AI-enabled GRC platforms.Working knowledge of GDPR, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, ISO 27001, NIST CSF and vulnerability management lifecycle concepts.Strong communication, facilitation, documentation and offshore-onshore coordination skills with experience supporting Agile/Scrum teams and UAT cycles.Good to Have:Exposure to Archer, ServiceNow GRC/IRM, MetricStream or similar GRC platforms, including workflow, dashboard and reporting configuration support.Familiarity with vulnerability management lifecycle including discovery, scanning, triage, prioritization, remediation and closure.Experience creating dashboards using Power BI, Tableau or ServiceNow reporting; basic understanding of AI/ML model lifecycle and responsible AI controls.Essential:Conduct discovery workshops with risk, compliance, security, AI and technology stakeholders to gather and validate functional and non-functional requirements.Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, risk/control mapping documents and traceability matrices.Map current-state GRC processes and define future-state AI-enhanced workflows for AI-assisted risk scoring, classification and control recommendations.Support GRC platform implementation, backlog refinement, sprint planning, solution clarification, UAT preparation, defect tracking and sign-off.Maintain process documentation, SOPs, training material, reporting requirements and executive-ready risk/compliance summaries.Minimum Qualification:15 years of full-time educationMinimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
