In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks across our construction projects to ensure successful project delivery and organizational compliance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.Identify, analyze, and document potential risks across construction projects, including technical, financial, schedule, and operational risksDevelop and maintain comprehensive risk registers and risk assessment matrices for assigned projectsMonitor and track risk indicators, escalating issues to project management and senior leadership as neededCoordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to gather risk-related information and ensure timely reportingPrepare detailed risk reports and presentations for project teams and management reviewsAssist in the development and implementation of risk mitigation and contingency plansEnsure compliance with organizational risk management policies, procedures, and Saudi Arabian construction regulationsMaintain organized documentation systems and databases for risk-related information and historical project dataParticipate in risk assessment meetings and workshops to support proactive risk identificationSupport the continuous improvement of risk management processes and toolsCommunicate risk status updates and recommendations to relevant stakeholders in a clear and professional mannerQualifications3+ years of experience in risk management, project constols, or construction project managementStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex situationsProficiency in risk assessment methodologies and frameworksAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and project management softwareExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishDemonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneouslyKnowledge of construction industry practices, terminology, and project delivery methodsFamiliarity with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance requirementsStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and reportingAbility to work effectively in a team environment and coordinate with diverse stakeholders**Preferred Qualifications:**Risk management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent)Experience with risk management software and toolsKnowledge of Saudi Arabian construction regulations and local compliance requirementsPrevious experience in construction project delivery or engineering environmentsFamiliarity with contract management and procurement processes
