قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجWe are seeking a skilled Risk Engineer to identify, assess, and monitor risks across projects and operational functions. The ideal candidate will support the implementation of risk management frameworks, conduct detailed risk analyses, track critical issues, and provide data-driven input to help leadership protect project performance, financial outcomes, and operational stability.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and implementation of a comprehensive risk management framework for projects and operational functions.Identify potential risks related to schedule, cost, safety, quality, contractual obligations, and operational processes.Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, including probability and impact analysis, sensitivity analysis, and Monte Carlo simulations where applicable.Build and maintain the risk register, tracking mitigation plans, ownership, and progress updates.Collaborate with project engineers, planners, and department leads to develop risk mitigation and contingency strategies.Monitor early warning indicators and flag critical risks to senior risk and project management.Perform root-cause analysis for incidents, delays, or budget deviations.Provide risk-related technical input during tendering, planning, and project execution stages.Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support management reviews.Assist in facilitating risk workshops, training sessions, and awareness programs for project teams.Support compliance with internal policies, contractual requirements, and industry standards (e.g., ISO 31000).Contribute to business continuity planning and crisis response documentation.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Risk Management, Project Management, or a related field; certifications such as PMI-RMP or ISO 31000 training are a plus.Experience working as a Risk Engineer, Risk Analyst, or in a project controls/planning role within construction or infrastructure projects.Solid understanding of risk identification, assessment methodologies, and mitigation techniques.Proficiency in risk management and analysis tools/software (e.g., Primavera Risk Analysis, @RISK, or similar).Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.Ability to work within cross-functional teams and multi-project environments.
