Job Description We are looking for an experienced GRC Director to lead the organization’s Governance, Risk & Compliance agenda, reporting directly to the CEO..Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute the enterprise-wide GRC strategy and framework.Oversee corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, disclosure, and governance requirements.Lead Board and Committee reporting, governance matters, and shareholder-related activities.Drive the organization’s ESG strategy and sustainability reporting.Build and maintain strong relationships with government and regulatory authorities.Monitor regulatory developments and ensure timely integration into policies, procedures, and controls.Leverage AI and technology to strengthen regulatory monitoring, risk identification, and compliance.Lead, develop, and build a high-performing GRC function.
