Risk Management & Compliance Assistant Manager

Job AccountabilitiesTo develop, deploy and monitor the implementation of regulations, policies, processes and guidelines relating to risk management and compliance activities.Develop and implement risk monitoring indicators and early warning indicatorsTo develop and deploy the annual compliance testing plan on the operations of departments and functions.To recommend, propose solutions to handle and mitigate the identified risks and monitor to ensure that the recommendations are implemented timely by related departments and functions.To support investigating violations and frauds.To advise, support functional departments and functions in reviewing, developing regulations, policies, processes, guidelines, internal control solutions and related matters of risk management and compliance.Research and propose initiatives and solutions to improve control activities, promote risk management and compliance culture.Support the identification, assessment, response, and mitigation of operational and compliance risks across the Company, ensuring the effectiveness of the internal control framework.Support the development, promotion, and sustainment of a strong risk management and compliance culture throughout the Company.Other tasks are as assigned by line manager.Job RequirementsBachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting/Auditing/Law or related field. Qualified or member of professional body (CPA, CIA, ACCA, etc.) is a plus.Minimum 5 years working experience in Accounting/Auditing/Risk Management/ Compliance or Legal.Good sense in controlling, business acumen and analytical skill.Able to work independently and possess a high level of responsibility and commitment.Good communication skills, resourceful with positive working attitude.Spoken and written English skills are essential.Good computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPointLocation: Mapletree, 1060 Nguyen Van Linh, District 7, HCM
