Risk Management Associate

Operating across multiple regional and international markets, the organization is recognized for delivering innovative financial solutions while maintaining high standards of governance, performance, and operational excellence.Job SummaryThe Risk Management Associate will be responsible for monitoring the financial and asset position of margin clients and the firm's margin portfolios across KSA, UAE, Kuwait, and OLT.Job Role● Conduct margin calls with clients who exceed the acceptable margin percentage.Calculate client margin interest and compare it with commissions generated on a monthly basis.● Prepare monthly reports related to margin changes or waivers.● Handle credit assessment and suitability reports.● Prepare weekly and monthly reports for local regulators and exchanges.● Assist in approving OLT products and new structured products for trading.● Create and update margin securities lists.● Ensure compliance with applicable AML/CTF rules and regulations.● Respond to AML, CTF, and sanctions-related inquiries in a timely manner.● Complete all relevant AML/CTF training within the required timelines.● Perform any other tasks required within the general scope of the department.What are we looking for● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.● 3–5 years of experience in a similar role● Experience in Capital Markets or Brokerage Firms.● Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.● Good command of Arabic and English.● Good written, verbal, and listening communication skills.● Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments and requests.● Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.● Ability to identify problems and escalate complex issues when required.● Ability to work independently and under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.How to applyPlease send your updated CV to "m.tantawy@connectsquads.com" with “Risk Management Associate” in the subject line
