Together, we provide clients with a fully integrated approach to risk management: combining hands-on safety and environmental consulting with commercial insurance, employee benefits, and claims advocacy – all under one roof.Our consultants don’t just attend meetings and complete checklists. They become trusted extensions of our clients’ leadership teams — the people business owners call when they need real answers about protecting their employees, staying compliant, and driving down their total impact of risk.We’re looking for someone who can do all of that — and who also has the drive and confidence to help us grow.On the consulting side, you’ll work directly with a wide range of manufacturing and construction clients — conducting site assessments, implementing safety programs, conducting training classes, preventing injuries, managing regulatory compliance, and providing guidance on claim management. You’ll be the expert in the room, and you’ll be expected to communicate complex regulatory topics in plain language that resonates with everyone from a plant floor supervisor to a CFO.What We’re Looking For:A bachelor’s degree in Safety Management / EHS or equivalent5+ years in safety consulting or occupational health and safety and regulatory experienceA solid command of OSHA Standards and Compliance with Environmental knowledge a plusA professional certification (CSP, ASP, OHST, CHST, CIH) is preferred — but if you don’t have one yet, we’ll support you in getting there.Demonstrated ability to write, develop, and deliver successful presentations to individuals and groups at all levels of organizationsAbility to multi-task, self-direct, and adapt to changing circumstances with a positive attitudeStrong interpersonal skills, including active listening, conflict resolution, and clear effective communication and sound judgementAbility to work independently in a client-facing role while maintaining strong collaboration with internal teamsMust have a driver’s license and favorable MVR, and willingness to travel to client sites What We Offer:Generous compensation package based on experience plus performance-based incentive compensationFull benefits through Liberty Insurance Agency – medical, dental, vision, life and retirement.Vehicle IRS mileage reimbursementProfessional development support — certifications, conferences, and continuing education.A seat at a growing table.
