In this role, you will support the risk management team in data analyze to collect, analyze, and identify potential risks. You will work under guidance and gain hands-on experience with the process.Responsibilities:Assist in create and manage risk monitoring dashboardsAnalyze large datasets in Excel and transform them into insightful dashboardsMaintain financial and risk data for reporting and monitoringPrepare reports and presentation materialsAssist for team in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reportsRequirements:Undergraduate student (No active class) or fresh graduate in Statistics or Actuarial ScienceHigh proficiency in Microsoft ExcelProficient in R-Studio, Word, and PPTSkilled in data processing, data interpretation, and statistical analysisProficient in analyzing, identifying, and interpreting trends/patterns in data setsStrong analytical skills with attention to detailGood written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and EnglishWilling to work full WFO (Monday-Friday)We exist to ensure that the project is provided with a complete risk management information system that ultimately determines how to control and oversee the project’s effectiveness and fulfillment.It’s our job to innovate strategies to mitigate identified risks, apply risk management methodologies and risk analysis tools, and integrate insurance policies of treating prioritized threats with the project management team.We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
