Risk Management Manager (Lending / Financial Services / Bank)

A financing company that provides credit and financial solutions is currently seeking a Risk Management Manager to strengthen their team in Ortigas, Pasig City!Job OverviewThis role is responsible for developing and overseeing the Company’s enterprise risk management framework, with primary focus on credit risk, credit scoring, credit assessment, and portfolio risk management. The role leads the development and enhancement of risk policies, credit scoring models, risk analytics, and monitoring frameworks to support sustainable portfolio growth while maintaining sound asset quality and risk-adjusted returns.ResponsibilitiesExperience in model development, validation, calibration, back-testing, and performance monitoring.Strong knowledge of lending products, credit lifecycle, collections, and portfolio management.Strong understanding of risk governance, internal controls, and regulatory requirements applicable to financial institutions.Strong knowledge of lending products, credit lifecycle, collections, and portfolio management.Excellent business judgment and ability to translate complex risk analysis into clear recommendations for senior management.Required Qualification / Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field.At least 8 years of progressive experience in risk management, preferably within a financing company, bank, lending institution, fintech, or other financial services organization.At least 5 years of strong experience in credit risk management, including credit assessment, underwriting, portfolio monitoring, and credit policy.What’s in it for you?100,000 - 160,000Engaging working environment.With Career growth opportunities.Positive work culture.
