Risk Management Manager - Metro PMCM

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Risk Management Manager to join our PMCM team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across our metro and construction projects. You will work collaboratively with project teams to develop comprehensive risk management strategies, ensure organizational compliance with risk protocols, and provide strategic guidance to stakeholders. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, decisive decision-making skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of risk governance.Identify, assess, and analyze project risks using established risk management frameworks and methodologiesDevelop and implement risk mitigation and contingency plans to minimize project impactMonitor, track, and report on risk indicators and key performance metrics throughout project lifecyclesMaintain and update comprehensive risk registers and risk databases for all active projectsConduct regular risk assessments and reviews to ensure ongoing compliance with organizational standardsPrepare detailed risk reports and documentation for project stakeholders and senior managementCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to integrate risk management into project planningProvide expert guidance and training to project teams on risk management best practicesIdentify emerging risks and recommend proactive mitigation strategiesEnsure adherence to risk management policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsQualificationsMinimum 15 years of professional experience in risk management, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or metro projectsStrong knowledge of risk management frameworks such as ISO 31000 and PMBOKDemonstrated expertise in risk assessment, analysis, and quantification methodologiesProficiency with risk management software platforms and toolsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysisExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detailOutstanding written and verbal communication abilitiesExperience managing risk across large-scale, complex projectsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyAbility to work effectively in cross-functional team environments**Preferred Qualifications:**Experience with metro, transportation, or large-scale infrastructure projectsProject Management Professional (PMP) or Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) certificationExperience with enterprise risk management systemsKnowledge of Saudi Arabian construction regulations and standards
