At Bukalapak, you'll be part of a dynamic and passionate team making a real impactAbout the roleAs Risk Management Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our business processes are well-governed, compliant, and aligned with internal policies and regulatory requirements.Job Description:Identify, analyze, and assess potential risks across operational, financial, compliance, and strategic areas.Support the creation and maintenance of risk registers, reports, and related documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date risk tracking.Work with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor risk mitigation strategies and recommend improvements to reduce risk exposure.Monitor regulatory changes and support audits by providing relevant risk documentation and ensuring adherence to internal and external requirements.Collaborate with teams to raise awareness of risk policies and best practices, and contribute to risk training initiatives and knowledge-sharing sessions.Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in risk management, compliance, audit, or a related field—preferably within financial services or regulated industries.Familiarity with risk management frameworks and a strong understanding of regulatory compliance principles.Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.Bukalapak is an Equal Opportunity EmployerBukalapak is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
