Employment Type: Full-TimeWe are seeking a highly motivated Risk Management Specialist to join a leading Dubai Government Healthcare organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating organizational risks while supporting a culture of patient safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and evaluate strategic, operational, clinical, financial, and regulatory risks.Develop and maintain enterprise risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.Conduct risk assessments and facilitate risk workshops across departments.Monitor risk indicators and report findings to management and relevant committees.Support business continuity planning and crisis management initiatives.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and governance requirements.Analyze incidents, near misses, and risk events to identify root causes and corrective actions.Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.Collaborate with stakeholders to embed risk management best practices throughout the organization.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Risk Management, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Public Health, or a related field.Professional certifications such as ISO 31000, CRMA, CERM, CIA, PMP, or equivalent are preferred.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, internal audit, governance, or healthcare operations.Knowledge of enterprise risk management principles and healthcare regulations.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and risk management systems.What We OfferCompetitive government benefits package
