Risk Manager – UAE Civil Infrastructure EPC ProjectsProcer Worldwide Technical Services is conducting a search for a Risk Manager for a leading UAE-based construction and EPC group operating across major civil infrastructure and large-scale projects.The role will provide strategic risk leadership across the Group’s major projects and programmes, supporting senior management in identifying, assessing and managing key commercial, operational, contractual and delivery risks.We are particularly interested in candidates with strong EPC / construction / civil infrastructure experience, ideally from major or mega projects, combined with strong exposure to enterprise risk, project governance, risk strategy and executive-level reporting.Key Focus:Develop and drive strategic risk management frameworks and governance across major projects and programmes.Provide senior management with risk intelligence, analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.Oversee project, programme and portfolio-level risk exposure.Assess commercial, contractual, financial, delivery and operational risks associated with major projects and investments.Establish risk appetite, controls, mitigation strategies and escalation mechanisms.Lead strategic risk reviews and workshops with senior stakeholders.Prepare executive-level risk reporting and dashboards for senior leadership.📍 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE – On-site📄 Contract: Permanent🚀 Start: ASAP💰 Salary: CompetitiveStrong civil infrastructure / EPC experience is preferred, particularly on major or mega projects.
