Job Location Dubai, UAENature of the Project Hotel Projects - Consultancy ServicesJoining TimeImmediate RequirementDuties of the Job Duties include

• Establish and maintain the Project Risk Management Plan, Risk Register, and reporting framework in accordance with Client requirements.
• Identify, assess, and monitor key design, construction, procurement, commercial, contractual, cost, schedule, quality, and operational risks.
• Lead risk workshops and review Contractor and Consultant risk registers, mitigation measures, and action plans.
• Monitor critical risks related to design development, authority approvals, long-lead items, specialist hotel packages, FF&E/OS&E, procurement, and project interfaces.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, including cost and schedule risk analysis and scenario assessments.
• Coordinate with Planning, Cost, Commercial, Contracts, Procurement, Engineering, and Construction teams to integrate risk management into project controls.
• Prepare risk dashboards, trend analysis, and periodic reports, highlighting key exposures, mitigation measures, and escalation requirements.
• Provide proactive risk advice to the Project Director and Client and participate in project progress, coordination, commercial, and risk meetings.Reporting Line Project Director Skills
• Proven experience in project risk management for major 5-star hotel and hospitality projects.
• Strong knowledge of risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and risk management software; knowledge of Primavera P6 and Primavera Risk Analysis is preferred.
• Good understanding of construction, procurement, contracts, cost, schedule, and project controls.
• Previous experience with international consultants, contractors, or PMC organizations.
• Strong analytical, communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple risks and priorities in a fast-paced project environment.Education Requirements (Including Certification requirements)
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Quantity Surveying, Finance, or a related discipline. Experience in Years Specific Experience in Region
