Our approach emphasizes innovation, transparency, and client trust, with a dedicated team providing personalized support and insights.About The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Risk Officer to join our team in Dubai and support the development and implementation of the company’s enterprise-wide risk management framework.The role will identify, assess and monitor risks across the business and work with management and functional teams to ensure appropriate controls, mitigation plans and governance are in place.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the company’s enterprise risk management framework, policies and procedures
• Identify, assess and monitor financial, operational, compliance, technology, reputational and business risks
• Maintain the company’s risk register and monitor key risk indicators
• Conduct regular risk assessments and control reviews across business functions
• Identify control gaps and develop risk mitigation and action plans
• Monitor risk incidents, breaches and remediation activities and report to management
• Prepare regular risk reports and dashboards for senior management and the Board
• Work closely with Compliance, Internal Audit, Finance, IT, Operations and business teams on risk matters
• Support business continuity, crisis management and operational resilience initiatives
• Ensure risk policies and controls remain aligned with regulatory and business requirements
• Promote a strong risk-aware culture across the organization.Requirements
• 3–5+ years of risk management experience, preferably within Forex, Financial Services, Fintech, Banking or a regulated environment
• Strong understanding of enterprise, operational and financial risk management
• Experience developing risk frameworks, risk registers, KRIs and mitigation plans
• Strong understanding of internal controls and risk governance
• Excellent analytical, reporting and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and challenge business practices constructively
