Senior Risk Management Specialist | DubaiI’m working with a global, high-growth financial services business that is looking for a Senior Risk Management Specialist to join their Dubai team.This is not a traditional risk reporting role. They’re looking for someone who can challenge existing models, identify emerging risks and build smarter, more automated ways of managing risk.The role will cover:

• Enterprise risk framework & risk appetite
• Market, credit, liquidity & counterparty risk
• Operational, technology, third-party & conduct risk
• Regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions
• Stress testing, KRIs, control testing & remediation
• Predictive risk and emerging risk identification
• AI-driven risk models, monitoring & analyticsWhat they’re looking for:5–8 years’ risk experience within financial services, trading or a regulated brokerage, with strong exposure to CFDs, trading platforms and financial regulation.You should also have experience building/deploying automated monitoring, predictive models or analytics solutions — this is a role for someone who builds, not just someone who consumes reports.📍 Dubai | On-siteIf you have strong risk + trading/CFD + AI/data experience and this sounds relevant, drop me a message.
