RIYADH ONLY | Senior Business Analyst / Business Analysis Consultant

Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaEngagement: 24-month consulting engagementWe are looking for an experienced Business Analysis Consultant to support a major technology and transformation engagement with a leading Saudi government entity.The role will sit within the Business Technology function, supporting the delivery of technology initiatives through strong requirements management, business process analysis, solution design support, and user acceptance testing.Role Description:As a Business Analysis Consultant, you will be responsible for:Gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business and stakeholder requirements throughout their lifecycle.Mapping and modeling current-state and future-state business processes.Conducting gap analysis and identifying opportunities for process improvement.Developing and maintaining Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and related requirements documentation.Working closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and enterprise architecture teams to support solution design.Documenting system dependencies and ensuring requirements are aligned with the proposed solutions.Supporting development and implementation teams throughout project delivery.Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validating that delivered solutions meet approved requirements.Preparing regular reports covering requirements status, risks, progress, and recommendations.Facilitating discussions with stakeholders and helping translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.Mandatory Requirements:6+ years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Information Systems.Provide evidence of 5 similar projects in business analysis, digital transformation or enterprise systems (analyzing and documenting requirements for enterprise systems, such as ERP/GRP environments)Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related/equivalent field.Strong understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Practical knowledge of quality assurance and UAT practices.Experience working with business analysis and requirements documentation tools.Understanding of enterprise architecture and project management principles.Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation, and coordination skills.Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.Ability to work effectively with business, technology, development, and architecture teams.Previous experience in business analysis within the financial sector.Experience supporting digital transformation and enterprise technology projects.Experience working within structured governance and regulated environments.#BusinessAnalyst #BusinessAnalysisConsultant #Riyadh #DigitalTransformation #JobsSaudiArabia
