The RMA Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, testing and repairing returned products, maintaining accurate records of repairs, and collaborating with other technical teams to resolve issues efficiently.QualificationsExperience in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issuesfamiliar with test script coding and testing philosophyTesting and repair skills for electronic productsAbility to maintain detailed records of repairsCollaborative and team-oriented approach to problem-solvingKnowledge of server and storage solutions is a plusStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsTechnical certification or relevant experience in electronicsAnnual salary $60K-$65K.
