Role Description The RN Clinic Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Louisville, KY, responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations within the eye surgery clinic. This role manages nursing staff schedules, supervises patient flow, and ensures adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards. The RN Clinic Manager coordinates pre-operative and post-operative patient care, supports physicians during clinic procedures, and promotes a high level of patient education and satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining regulatory compliance, monitoring quality metrics, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and care outcomes. The RN Clinic Manager also collaborates with administrative leaders on staffing, training, and performance development while fostering a positive, team-oriented clinic environment.Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kentucky, with strong clinical assessment and patient care skills in an outpatient or surgical setting.Experience in clinic or practice management, including staff supervision, workflow coordination, and quality improvement initiatives.Knowledge of perioperative and ophthalmic care processes, including pre- and post-operative protocols and patient education.Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR), documentation accuracy, and basic computer applications used in clinical environments.Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships across multidisciplinary teams.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a commitment to integrity, accuracy, and safety.Ability to work on-site full time in Louisville, KY, including managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical setting.Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; prior experience in ophthalmology, surgical clinics, or ambulatory care is highly beneficial.
